Remake Request

To place a remake order, please complete the form below. The request goes direct to our customer services team, so we can process remakes upto 3.00pm, for next day availability.

Remake requests received after 3pm will be treat as received the next working day. Remakes are available on your next delivery day, alternatively you can collect from our manufacturing site.

To use the online form, you’ll need our original order number (displayed on the product label, top right corner, 6 digits long e.g. 748900, or delivery note or the invoice. You will also need the line number of the item on the order (shown on the label, delivery note and invoice).

Once the order is submitted, we’ll confirm the order back the same day, to the email address set up for normal orders – so the main contact will keep informed of all remake orders being placed.
