Customer Feedback
Above all else we value the views of our customers, and it is those views and opinions that we use to shape our business and to plan the way forward. We therefore asked our customers to take a few minutes of your time to give us some feedback on the various sectors of our business as laid out below. It was a simple tick box process, but where they may have opted for ‘other’, a couple of words to describe any issues you may have would go a long way to help.
There’s also a larger space at the end of the survey where we asked our customers to tell us which one thing you think we should focus on for 2012 or to use this section for anything they wished to tell us, be it constructive criticism, special requests, or even to let us know what you feel we do well as a business.
All of the feedback is valued and will be acted upon, and as a thank you for their participation, every entry was submitted into a free prize draw, with the chance to win an Ipad2.
